The set list.. well, before I started to get too inebriated, was;
Crystal.. (great opening)
Transmission (even better)
Regret (wonderful)
new one..(about track 7!!) (good song if I knew the title)
60 MPH (average sounding.. better on the album)
??
I think about 2 here!! (I was at the bar.. sounded average)

Joy Division track 'Leave In Silence' (excellent)
Close Range

Bizarre Love Triangle (chaotic but Hookys bass!! excellent)
True Faith (great.. everybody dance!!)
Temptation (absolutely excellent)

One from the new album (with a guest appearnace from Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream)
Blue Monday (shambolic!!)
All in all we had a great time.. they may not have been note perfect but they managed to get the hairs on the back of the neck up a few times.. Really enjoyable.. and of course Sumner and Hook are legends (I remember seeing Monaco at V99 and thinking that then..)! And I think about the times Sumner must have spent with Marr.. makes you wonder about the creative process...
Seeing new Order is like one of those 'you have to do it at least once' gigs..
