I absolutely crave the sunshine and love summer despite being fairskinned! I felt so down last winter I am seriously considering buying one of those daylight lamp things which seem to be a bit expensive. Anyone purchased one? Are they worth the money? There must be more of you out there who like the sun!

Because I do!
The summer weather makes me feel down and depressed, I have no idea why.

Whereas the winter makes me feel happy and cozy and warm inside...am I strange?

it's persistent overcast weather that I don't like - summer or winter.
a crisp, sunny winter's day is, verily, a splendid thing to behold.
also, as a skier, I really look forward to the winter months.

I loathe summer. Too bright, too warm, too much melting of my brain.

Winter is nice! (As soon as you learn not to brave the snow in high heels...) Can you guess I'm fond of joining the cats watching snowflakes?

Also: Candles on a summer evening are kind of useless and I adore candlelight.

The other two are quite ok. I always tell myself: "At least it isn't summer!"

Oh and I love rain! (But only on the way home.)
Nothing like getting completely soaked...

Cold weather looks pretty from a warm indoors, but when the House is freezing, the wind sandpapers your skin, hands and feet hurt, eyes water and teeth chatter - thoughts of subtropical climes take on a new dimension.
