YOR Cover - Fred Perry Shirt

Does anybody know where I could purchase the blue fred perry short sleeved shirt that Moz is wearing on the YOR album cover?

I have searched everywhere on the internet and can't find it, I think it's a lovely shirt and would love to have it.
