i've read some comments on this forum about a guy who's name is diogo neto, who the hell is he? is he a morrissey's fan?

well, what i've read was that he was the one who was making troubles to others and creating fantasies with his own ghosts. I think he is a very tormented person with his past according to what i've read about him, about being a fan, i don't know nothing about it or about him.
