It was like being pulled towards the white light, and seeing all your friends and family around you, and all of a sudden, your life is flashing before your eyes..
no, not really.
but it was the most amazing thing that ever happened to me, and morrissey is the sweetest man, and I don't care what anyone says. I am a devoted fan, but I said to myself, if this meeting will be disappointing, I give up, I'm done. But he was so kind, and understanding, I still love him, even slightly more than I used to.

I met him once while visiting LA and was in a health-food store and I LITERALLY ran into him without realising (at first) who he was! He was quite charming and kind during the (too) brief 30 seconds we exchanged pleasantries. But this was a long time ago ('92?,'93?). I hope he hasn't changed!
