What other cancellations has Moz ever been involved in???

Just wondered if it seems more common with Moz because we follow his every move so closely.

Off the top of my head can think of:

Recent J. Ross, TOTP and interview with Maconie + Zane Lowe.
Isle of Wight (I know he didn't agree to it but it was still a debacle involving him)
Festival in Spain around the time of YATQ
YATQ Texas date
That Bowie tour

While in Smiths:
Wogan appearance

Any more?

Also, following some of these there has been a statement saying that Moz would make it up (or similar), but I don't think he ever has? (In other words, am I right in thinking that there is virtually nil chance that Moz will appear on a future Ross show?)
