Does anyone know where the sounds (samples) are coming from in "We'll let you know"? I was listening to it today and it's pretty cool.

I was thinking about this the other day. One portion of it sounds like people riding a roller coaster to me.
I love that he sang the melodic part of the sample in live performances.

I mean, I haven't listened to it in awhile, but I'm fairly certain he does it on "Beethoven Was Deaf."

Does anyone know where the sounds (samples) are coming from in "We'll let you know"? I was listening to it today and it's pretty cool.

The sounds probably came from his collection of BBC sound effects records. He used those quite a bit in the Smiths. For example the crowd noise on "Last night I dreamt...".
