US release date of ITFWAW?

I have been looking all over the place for this info, when will "In the Future when all is well" be released to those of us in North America?
Should be pretty soon, correct?

I have no idea when/if it will be released in the US, but you can buy it as an import on Amazon right now. They're slow however..... I ordered mine a few days ago and the estimated ship date is in mid-September!
