"America's Team?" I think Not.

Everybody has a reason to hate them. Whether you're a Dodger fan, a Red Sox Fan, Met fan, Giants fan, Royals Fan (remember The Pine Tar?)

Billy Martin, Steinbrenner, Greg Nettles, A-Rod, Irabu, Reggie...all those swaggering arrogant SOBs and their 26 World Championships...

So, why not start a club so we can talk about how much we hate them?

You know you all were happy when they failed to make the Post-Season. You know you're all looking forward to hearing Giradi gets fired. You know you're all looking forward to Mussina retiring. You know you're all looking forward to Posada getting traded.

Now if somebody tells me how to start this club thing, we can get started.

yeah, i really hate Steinbrenner, and try not to hate the many poisoned my his dark nature
but as a Dodger fan whose father was from Brooklyn
hating the Giants always must come 1st
however, now that i live here in SF, i really would like the rivalry to be more heated
it would be perfect to have the Giants by 1 game every year

Giant Fans will beat you to a pulp if you wear a dodgers jersey to a game there. LA fans will just raz you Giant fans here. We have no intensity and we need an anti-Giant slogan.

it was true that back in the day you could come up here for a dodger/giant game at the stick & be assured to have a brawl if thats what you really wanted
which me and my friends did
but things are diff now at the new park, its more mellow
its pretty there and the bay breeze is nice
also, high tickets prices keep most of the worst ruffians out of it

I went to 2 games in 1999. I remember one Dodger fan kept shooting his mouth off and my friend and I placed a bet on what inning he would get beat down.

How can the Dodgers hate the Giants when in fact O'Malley basically brought the Giants with him to the West Coast? Without the Giants going there are no LA Dodgers.

It goes back to New York Days. It's the most intense Rivalry we have. The Dodger-Yankee rivalry has been dead for the most part since 1981. Part of me doesn't want the Dodgers to go to the World Series unless it's against The Yankees. I'm big on Tradition. We still owe The Yankees about 8 Ass Kickings.
