Stuart Hudson FB: Morrissey letter 1976 surfaces (October 15, 2023)

"Finally located this which I've been searching for since joined this group a couple of months ago. A 17 yr old Morrissey was friends with an old family friend of mine, and she very kindly gave me the last letter he ever wrote to her in 1976. The postmark "Stretford / Manchester / 10am/ 23 Oct/1976". That cutting Moz wit was always present, it seems. The handwriting surprised me though - so very neat!? Six years later he formed a band (and his handwriting deteriorated IMO).

It always looked like a direct rip to me and especially now we have a completely different version of handwriting.
