Lyrics Gone Bad?

Does anyone else think Morrisseys lyrics have turned a bit uh, bad?

I was reading the lyrics to "What Differece Does It Make?" last night and the lyrics are fantastic!

But then switiching to his solo stuff you find a total decline in smarts.

I think it is totally the oppositte! I think morrissey's solo lyrics are much better than the smiths. Don't get me wrong his lyrics for the Smiths were amazing, but he out did himself once he went solo. Listen to November spawned a monster, Late Night on Maudlin Street, Seasick yet still docked, The whole Vauxhall and I album again and see if you don't agree!
