"These chickens are terrorists attempting to destroy America. They will not succeed. I've seen to it to detain and interrogate every chicken farmer in America without access to legal counsel or courts. We will monitor all library withdrawals and Internet communications and tape all attorney-client communications. We are creating new bureaucracies, developing massive computer systems to monitor everything from turkey sandwiches to chicken scatch. We will not let probable cause impede us, and create a military tribunal system to try and execute suspects ignoring the Geneva Convention. We will defeat these chickens with incremental steps irradicating each privacy right and civil liberty to guard against any potential internal attack. American Bureaucracy will be safe no matter what the cost."
