They have a new album out called "Grave Disorder", a mate played it to me the other day and I have to say it is awesome. The only artists I follow from the punk era who are still producing material are The Buzzcocks and The Creatures (aka Siouxie Siox and Budgie). But for this album I'll be making an exception.

I concur!!! The new material is *terrific*- I caught The Damned at two shows at Dingwall's in London's Camdentown two weeks ago. They've still "got it" and loooooots of it. They're touring for the new album and I can't wait for their US appearances near me. (I never thought I'd get to hear them play live!) (The shows are somewhat tamer than in the past- there was heavy moshing, but no gobbing.)
If you can attend one of the upcoming shows, I'd highly recommend it.

I'll be posting pics from the Dingwall's shows on my website in the next few weeks. (I'm off on another 2 week business tripalooza. )
