I wonder if they're referring to our dear one, although I can't find any direct information about the song.

I'd guess they probably are referring to our dear Moz - how odd! Bloody awful song though.

Yes, most definitely! I think my eardrums have ruptured. I had to turn it off after the first verse - it was that painful.

I'm afraid passionsjustlikemine.com does not list the songs mention Smiths and Morrissey.

For example, recently Divine Comedy released a song 'At the Indie Disco' which mentions Morrissey in the lyrics, but you don't find the list in there.

i i just posted the wrong link which was leading to the covers instead to the tribute, my bad.
but stephane dont re-new/adding anything new to the tribute parodies list anymore
so thats why divine comedy isnt there

Yeah I stopped maintaining that page. It was a lot of tedious work for what it was. I couldn't be arsed anymore. I'm about to stop listing the covers as well, now that everybody with a pan and a spoon covers Morrissey on their Myspace page or Youtube.
