Then, six months later, the Smiths reunion tour can be announced.

I’d much rather he do a succession of Full Album dates, starting with The Smiths, then all of The Smiths albums proper in chronological order, followed by Viva Hate and all the solo material in chronological order. Then a final 2 dates mixing up Smiths/solo b-sides to cover almost all territory.

The final song should be, of course, “Get Off The Stage”.

We probably won't even know the final Morrissey concert is the final concert when its actually happening. It'll probably be some weird tour stop in Idaho or Nashville Town Hall about four years after the last album has come out.

No doubt Moz will stop when he has some kind of health scare in his mid/late 60's in a gap in touring, and all the Lawnmowers will know is when they get an email saying "YOU HAVE LEFT MORRISSEY, GOODBYE." and the cheques dry up. Then Moz will post a 8,000 word rant about newspapers and an evil record industry that stopped existing in 2001, on whatever website he is using then.
