Sorry, that should say - that background looks familiar. Seen other records presented like that somewhere, can't place it.
Re: Dempsey - as there was a speculation about a duet, Mando posting a pic of the 2 together today was extremely interesting - especially as they are in proximity to a studio whilst rehearsing. Any explanation for 2 releases existing at the same time would be very appreciated.

I highly doubt they will both come out at the same time. One of them has a copyright date of 2017 and the other is 2018. I am guessing that the all the young people 7 inch was produced and then they did not pull the trigger on it. Whether it ever comes out or not is up in the air. It is on clear vinyl the same as the other. I also highly doubt that they would go to the trouble of mass producing this single and not release it. My assumption is it will come out late in the year.

If he'd give us some b-sides that weren't covers, or the deluxe expanded ultra-mega-riffic bells n whistles edition, I might be able to as well. Until then, The LIHS EP edition fits pretty well in my collection!

It's rare, the only example I can think of off the top of my head is The Manic street preachers released two singles on the same day in 2001. Found That Soul and So Why So Sad. Both charted in the top 10.
Can't find a listing on Amazon for All The Young People. Could be a really elaborate hoax by a troll with too much time on their hands. So, anyone on this site

I don’t have that much time or care enough to mock that up. Bright Eyes released two singles simultaneously in the old days as well for Lua and Take It Easy which charted at 1 and 2 respectively.

I've never known 2 singles 'drop' at the exact same time - so this definitely needs clearer explanation from one of our record store experts.

Since their reformation, PiL have released a couple two-fer singles (physicals, even) - one song in America, another in the UK. Lord knows why. But that's what first came to mind when I saw these.

Is the rogue pressing plant leaking vinyl again? (humour).
Make of that what you will - I wish companies who have products to sell would give better information prior to release - it's not difficult nor does it hurt one bit.
I should add that I wasn't hung up on 2 singles being released simultaneously - I simply meant it in the Moz context. Clearly, this isn't going to be the case - which solves that.

Still, as predicted - some physical music being readied before the tour, band spotted with Dempsey during rehearsals for the gigs - all good signs.

BMG is just fulfilling the stipulation in his contract that 4 singles be released from this album. They're done with it and probably with him.

I meant BMG, but it doesn't read like that - apols. Just frustration at the wall of silence - yet, random places appear to get info (and as per the past - actual vinyl) before places that will have far greater sales.

It feels like someone went through his drawer of unused pics and then randomly applied effects they observed from his catalog. "This is how he does it, right?" Then they slapped on a stupid, giant, unremovable sticker to ruin anything good about it. No sleeve design credit either.

I'd guess we are back to the QID 12" early leak scenario - except this time it might not come out. All roads lead to that part of the world for a clear and simple explanation of how certain record shops/collectors get advance copies ahead of anyone else in the world - we won't get one. As the covers have been placed on Moz & Boz's FB pages - the powers that be will be aware and hopefully the fact both are out in the wild now won't have negative consequences for the rest of us still waiting.
