These polls are daft marketing gimmicks to sell magazines... Half the folk on here are dead (literally or figuratively). Taste is so subjective and there's too many great front-persons to choose from.

good point, Siouxsie would be in my Top 10. I wonder if the reader voted for this or the journalists acting on the public's behalf and they have a high opinion of what's best.
