Either my laptop sucks, or I just don't know how to use it. It works with some downloads, and not others. This one, it doesn't know what to do with.

if you have trouble unpacking the files, try using 7zip
As far I remember you had this problem once, but it worked on your tablet

I installed a 7zip app and it still didn't work. Now I'll try my tablet.
