...I got a promo of 'Release' the new Pet Shop Boys CD (Mr Marr now apparently the unofficial '3rd member') this morning....
...and while there are a few hit singles on there, I think, the album is SO syrupy and middle of the road... a marked change in direction for the PSBs which doesn't work well at all as a whole.
Disappointing - but with the unmistakable Marr jangle all the way through, which is nice.
