Help for Luxembourg, Holland, Belgium and Germany?

The UK and France part of the tour I am traveling around with some friends and we have everything set up. However, from June 5th through the 14th I do not have anything set up. Is there anyone driving to any of these shows that has space in their car? Maybe someone local who could offer a floor for me to sleep on? Or a cheap hostel to stay at? Or any good sites to see/places to eat etc.?

Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks!

concerning your Q how to get around germany(and also europe) is the train.
in english:

or europe bus travels
in english:

could be the same firm^
further

probems that the buses often need much longer and often drive overnight
then of course: to get from holland to belgium to germany you could fly , there are some cheap flights..i dont know the names of the cheap flight firms..since i never fly but beware of extra/additional fees/costs .
trains sometimes can be quitet expensive here so to save some euros what i often do is using a mitfahrgelegenheit= car lift /ride )site
www.mitfahrgelegenheit.de
its in german but im sure you can figure out the dates and city names..if you need help translating..ask me..the thing is is that this are of course not as reliable as this is no agency the money is paid fromthe passenger to the driver ,ive only been spoofed once of a no show of the driver...and i have used this for years.
i contacted him and it did came out i waited at the wrong station.
more :www.hitchhikers.deand etc:just type in mitfahrgelegenheit onto the google search for more but www.mitfahrgelegenheit.de is the one i mostly use
compare the prices, some drivers charge more...
www.mitfahrzentrale.de is a bit more expensive since you pay through a company who get their part of euros (a few not much) as well but you had the consent through its a company tht the driver show up but i had never used it

goes without saying:you could also rent a car ..car rents are often found near the airport
maybe t taking the e train or bus is the easiest overalll for you if you are unsure about the "mitfahrgelegenheit?
but im sure someone nice herewill take you with by car-i dont have one. which concerts in germany do you attend?

Wow that's very extensive - thanks!

I am going to attend all of the gigs in Germany. If anyone out there is willing to give me a ride between any of them, that would be fantastic! But if not, I will probably go for the train or bus. I'll check into those links and see what will work out best.

no problem just remember:these mentioned mitfahrgelegenheit sites(like www.mitfahrgelegenheit.de would save you some euros really.(somethimes half the price of the train fares).if you dont want to call the driver to make appointments/pick up places you can also email them(some mails do only show if you register (for free) though. im happy to help since it s in german(i have registered there as well)
of course there can be some misundertstandings but if you bothagree on a central point, email each other pics (or a person descrrption and also owning a cell phone(and changing numbers) and the driver decribes ypou the car itwill be no hassle tht you and the driver find each other
trains on the other hand you just book and then...but i prefer saving money always.
EDIT, 05.50PM:just remember: the cheap trains within germany are Re, RB; ME ( cheaper but slower: equires changes in several stops, look out for the exact change stations on the printed plan)
the (very)expensive ones are ICE, IC faster but less to none changes
also remember that the clicheed "typical germanbeing on time " aplies not for trains. very often delays..better use a earlier train

Rotterdam - Antwerp is perfect to travel by train just 1h06m.
train information and tickets Holland -> Belgium

Backpackers hostel in Rotterdam: http://www.eurobookings.com/rotterd...ay-rotterdam&gclid=CNr7yuyUqJoCFZSD3godHgKt1g

or if you can afford a decent hotel: http://www.hotelemma.nl/nl/hotelemma.html

both are approx ten minutes by foot from the venue and fifteen minutes from the train station.

Rotterdam is a nice place if you're interested in architecture check out the NAI museum and our petite Manhattan like skyline near the river. Furthermore there's a photomuseum which is worth paying a visit (Witte de Withstraat). Bars with decent music and nice atmosphere can be found at de Nieuwe Binnenweg.

Enjoy!:guitar:

http://www.jeugdherbergen.be/antwerpen.htm You can click for English on left top of the page.

This is a cosy hostel I stayed in about one year ago, not too expensive, about 4 km from the station (the Koningin Elisabethzaal is right in front of the station). You can reach the central station by bus nr. 27. The hostel is situated near the ringway of Antwerp in a small park opposite the exposition centre "Antwerp Expo" at the Jan Van Rijswijcklaan.

Have a safe journey! :thumb:

Some additional info that might be useful --> on this website. :)
