Favorite female singer

[Oh my god. it's Robby!]

I love Regina. I saw her last year in Cambridge, and she was incredible- she seems to be one of those performers who sounds even better live than on record.

Agreed, I have only seen her perform twice and both times were simply sublime.
Also, the 2nd time I worked my up to the front for part of the show and well, to be honest, it was like being in the presence of an angel.
Just everything about her is perfect

I wonder if Morrissey has ever listened to The Bristols. They're a English band that play quite stripped back early 60's music. Almost Rockabilly. A simple search on YouTube should prove that they are good. "You're A Moody Guy" is great.

Maybe it is because you are a guy. I find I prefer male singers. They have such lovely voices and I can daydream about them while I listen to them. The only female singers I love as much as guys are Karen O, Siouxsie, and Chrissie Hynde. My dad listens to way more female singers than I do. I don't know though. We should make a poll. Don't you love statistics?
