The mere fact that they are having to do this again means it didn't really solve anything the first time around (unfortunately.) I think as Morrissey correctly pointed out in 1984 world governments, certainly of the developed countries could solve poverty in a minute if they wanted to. Yet once again it is the hard working tax paying man in the street who is asked to dip into their pockets to solve this problem.

If there was some sort of charity where you could donate money provided Olly Murs never sings again I would give money to that, in a heartbeat.
