i could have said a lot of unpleasant things but i don't want to give in to " hates immediate pleasure", you only end up degrading yourself and not the other person.

when i first started to read your posts you sounded like a civilised and intelligent voice, but then for some reason you started to write sneering posts against mine and then someone else joined in (its always easier in a crowd). i don't mind crittisism as long as its of the intelligent kind, and that was what your recent post lacked.

you don't have to worry about shouting anymore, i was in such a rage i murdered all my neighbours...oh god! more deaths on my conscience!
but seriously, i never get upset or hurt by what people say on here and i don't bear grudges; i've had far worse things said to me on this board than what you said.

Such as letter writing, and faxing, and phone conversations, and any other communication medium that you use without face-to-face contact.

No, I think that those who are crazy and rude here, are the same in real life (those insults had to come from somewhere). Just possibly either holding more insanity back (in shyness)to share it only with the ones they love, or just in sharing it with everyone.

The point is, just becuase we're using a medium where we dont have to "face up" to our actions doesn't mean that we shouldn't THINK about what we do, and the fact that it IS getting out to REAL people.
Regardless of the format, you still have to take responsibility for what you say.
