A solid 3/10 from me. Enjoyed this less than anything since Kill Uncle. It's certainly well produced but the songs themselves just don't appeal ( to me ) at all , either musically or even lyrically.
And , just very quickly, pro-Zionism really isn't my thing at all .

I think it's a bit of a shame the album proper ends with the two blandest tracks , Mountjoy and Oboe.
For me , the standouts so far would be Neal Cassidy ( it sounds as fun as the lyrics suggest , particularly the line about Ginsburg shampooing his beard with his own tears ) , Staircase , Kiss...
The album has a .... a .... an industrial-Spanish (?) feel to it. The songs themselves often take a number of unpredictable turns prior to ending. It's certainly a lot to take in ...
