Was the "laying on the tracks, looking at the wristwatch" artwork version released as a &' or 12" or in any large print format -- poster perhaps?

I am looking for this artwork..anyone have a scan of it without the song title verbiage?

I think this picture is one of the, if not, the best cover art of his solo career.
