When writing Rusholme Ruffians Moz might have thought about the time when he was beaten up at a fairground and was rescued by a boy called Billy O'Shea (although I obviously know about the Victoria Wood connection).
not that jump out at me offhand but i think some guy called secret son was pointing out a few lyrics here and there. you could maybe look for the thread he started about the book. i think they were more solo later albums though.
