I know it's a bit too mainstream these days for hardened Smiths veterans like ourselves to endorse it, but This Charming Man hardly ever fails when you're attempting a Moz conversion.

The tracks that work for me are "There is a Light" or "Well i Wonder" to convert my mates(wednesdayites only) *UP THE OWLS*

It would completely depend on who I was trying to convert.
I recently made a "beginners guide to Smiths/Morrissey" compilation for a friend (who likes Phil Collins...She really needed my help!). And the songs she liked was Irish Blood, Sunday and Shoplifters.
