Don't you think that it really sounds like "Girl least likely to" which the music is supposed to have been composed by Andy Rourke in 1990 ??
Is it really so strange ?

I suspect Mr.Rourke was probably nudged in the direction of The Cookies, by Morrissey or Stephen Street.

Andy Rourke wasn't the first musician to be pointed in the "right" direction by Morrissey (a whole book could probably be written about The Smiths musical steals) and he certainly wasn't the last either. Give him a break, he was only following orders.
