Boz update

From Stefan Sahlander, news on the Boz Boorer website:

Just finished an album with Slim's Cyder Co. – a mixture of all things rockin'.

'Picking Up The Pieces' TV drama series just started, I had fun recording the title music with Kirsty MacColl.

Trying to get new stuff recorded with 60's legends – John's Children.

Looking forward to Viva Las Vegas' 99 – I'm playing with the Nick Gilroy Kombo & Sonny George.

Bravo profile - Oscar Wilde (today - Dec. 1, 3pm EST)

Thanks to the those who wrote in about the profile showing on Bravo. I believe this has been shown in the UK earlier this year and the host is writer/known Morrissey associate Michael Bracewell.

Sorry for being slow to update - it was shown on Nov. 30 but it is also being shown today at 3pm EST.

From Kathleen:

There is a channel here in N.Y. called BRAVO the film and arts network. Anyhow they are profiling Oscar Wilde this month and they are talking about his influence on artists. In the clip they show part of the video for "What Difference Does It Make" with a close up of Moz.

... I missed a little bit of the program but they did use Morrissey's "The Teachers Are Afraid of The Pupils" as background music for part of it. Also the narrator looked rather like a Moz follower with his quiff and sideburns and James Dean jeans. A rather good program all together.

From Lisa Cervantes:

... (the profile) features interviews with the Pet Shop Boys' Neil Tennant, Playwright Tom Stoppard and actor Stephen Fry who portrayed the writer in the 1997 screen biography, Wilde.
