Years of Refusal is utterly brilliant

I think YOR is Mozza's heaviest sounding album to date. Certainly when averaging out all the tracks and the demeaour of each of them. Your Arsenal kicked off with the first two tracks being perhaps the rockiest and heaviest he's ever done to date. Apart from possibly two tracks on YOR, with "I'm...

Morrisseys Letters to his pen pal

Those letters are funny as f@ck. :lbf::lbf::lbf::lbf: Morrissey "Do you get out much? Or do you watch television all week? You really don't tell me much about yourself. Are you catholic, or what? The questions are getting desperatesville. Who are you anyway? I know absolutely NOTHING...

Pet Shop Boys greatest hits CD FREE in today's The Mail On Sunday

Good band. I rate them I happen to think their best ever track was the first single "West End Girls" That songs makes me think of fashion and modern day life in general. Not so much the lyrics, just the way it sounds.

If John Lennon was still alive, what would he have thought of the Smiths and Moz?

I know it's about JL as I started the thread. And "Macca still smokes hash" was in response to the post prior to mines, which was "but yeah, Macca loves his drugs...and he always did" You're a complete fool and turned out to be the stupid one, beyond any doubt. :thumb:

If John Lennon was still alive, what would he have thought of the Smiths and Moz?

Just been thinking, what if John Lennon was still alive and he listened to tracks like "There is a light that never goes out" etc. I'm sure he smiled in heaven listening to that on his headphones. Morrissey's funny lyrics would also got the thumbs up. I think Lennon would liked The Smiths and...

The importance of being Morrissey (documentary)

Marquez is one of my favourite fighters. Technically flawless. I was happy that he won. Hopefully he eventually gets his third fight with Pacquiao. I had him winning both their previous fights.
