I can't believe it I've just seen Morrissey hanging out in Rome!

He was in Pigneto, some trendy area with bars etc but mostly unknown to tourists, with a gay guy who owns a local winebar, who was introducing him to some other people.

He was very relaxed, dressed in black (black jacket & trousers, white t-shirt), and everyone was looking at him since he was totally unexpected, but the situation was too "friendly" to go and ask for signing...

He has been drinking some wine then he left with that guy, around midnight.

I am sure at 99.9% he was him, I thought anyway he should have been in the US touring still but he seems to be on holidays maybe... I'll check his fave hotel in the next days to get to know more...

The man should be back in Rome, last night has be spotted in a bar in the Pigneto area, drinking a glass of red wine.

Here is the book cover of a novel written by a French Morrissey fan. Book available in French bookstores since one week ago.

I just thought I'd write to let you know that I recently put together a piece called "Morrissey - Jack the Ripper", which is a retrospective look on my favorite Morrissey song.

The article also include some covers of this song by My Chemical Romance, Colin Meloy, and AFI... as I'm sure some of your readers would probably point out that I'm missing a few other covers. (If so, please tell me about them).

I am all for bootlegs, and each's own interpretation.... but this one is playing hideous tricks on the brain.

I was searching on Karma Loop's website, and saw this new shirt from the lable Brooklyn Industries.

From the looks of it, I don't think fans, nor the man himself would appreciate it.
