Is this Television Personalities? If someone can provide more clues, I'll probably be able to identify it.

I haven't been to any of the concerts yet but someone in one of the post-show threads (see
http://www.morrissey-solo.com/comments.pl?sid=2890&op=&threshold=0&commentsort=0&mode=thread&cid=36085 ) identified it as "Part-time Punks".
