TOU and the content of signatures

Hello,

I was after some clarification regarding the TOU and the content of signatures.

While I don't want to single out Silke, I am prompted to ask this after looking at her signature.

Does 6.1 of the TOU apply to signatures?

Are linked websites considered content or does it fall under the realm of a third party site of which you have no control?

Just check the box in your User CP page to turn sigs off, then get on with your life, such as it is.

I am still interested in hearing the answer to my OP. Not to beat anyone with it, I am just curious.

In general the site terms don't cover content on external sites. There are spammers who use sigs to spam so those users are banned. Otherwise we'll look at a case by case basis as reported.
