I had a homeless man in my apartment a few years ago, and when I lent him my housecoat, he dropped it deliberately on the floor, to get on my nerves. I told him to leave. He did, and after he left, I found out he had smeared shit all over the inside of the toilet bowl. It was easy to clean. Could have been so much worse.
