The Sriracha factory is located a few miles from my house. He never trademarked the name and is banking on the fact foodies have made the sauce viral to capitalize on free advertisement, he embraces the idea of Frito Lay making Sriracha chips with no compensation. Can't say I don't agree with the theory.

He's bundled in his blankies, Ray Brown Trio with Ralph Moore on the radio, a ceramic heater underneath his cage warming from the bottom.
