Morrissey records in Tokyo

Hi,

I have a friend traveling to Tokyo next week and I'd like her to try bringing me back a Morrissey record. Whether that be a Japanese pressing of something I already have, or anything that would be Japan-exclusive. Does anyone have suggestions of shops that might stock something like this? Preferably in Ikebukuro or Shinjuku. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Your headline looks like you are saying he has had a recording session in Tokyo. Click-bait and switch.

The problem with buying second hand Morrissey releases in Japan is that they throw their obi strips away.

Where you can find Morrissey records in Tokyo?

Nowadays people selling items on Yahoo auction or Amazon.
incidentally eBay couldn't break into Japanese market.

Don't bother go to record shops in Nishi-shinjuku.
They mainly specialise US / European products.

I'm not sure the exact location of Disc Union branches, but you can find info from their website.
It must have some good stuff.

Another good second hand shop is Book-Off.
Its Shinjuku / Shibuya and student hang out area branches might have some.

You should look up webarchives to find info from passionsjustlikemine.com then you can ask your friend which items you are after.

Recofan in Shibuya has a fantastic selection of new and used Records and CD's. I picked up some lovely Morrissey releases there.
See here for directions http://www.recofan.co.jp/map/map_eng.html

Disk Union is also worth checking out.
