Morrissey CD digipack versions

Hi,

I´m checking at some of the Morrissey single variations and I´m wondering which singles were released in a digipack format. I have this list now but i think is incomplete (I´m not counting here the 2000´s singles):

There's some incorrect nomenclature being used here.

A Digipak is a cardboard case with a plastic tray glued to it. US titles like My Love Life and Tomorrow came in these, as well as the UK singles for Maladjusted.

Titles like the US Boxers and Now My Heart Is Full came an FLP cases, or snapper cases. They are the plastic cases with a glued on wrap around card with the hinged snap lock on the front to keep the cover closed.
