I would really love to have a DVD of this. Can anyone make me a copy (will pay for material, postage and other expenses of course)?

This is compressed, but overall quality isn't much better(the sound is very good).
I have ripped the hole thing(1 dvd) but from the middle there is problem with sound and video synchronization. Is there any way to fix that?

I can send the dvd if you like but it really spoils the feeling

However, I will need a DVD that runs on my stand-alone player, my computer DVD drive packed up a couple of weeks ago .

I just have an .avi file of it but it really runs fine on my stand-alone DVD player
