It's not loud enough. My ears aren't bleeding

nugz,
could it be the headphones??

i'm pretty sure the settings transfer. on a scale of 1-10, 10 being REALLY LOUD, what number do you give yours?

I dont think its the headphones. theyre fairly new. theyre little bud thingies.

wait, where do I find this scale of which you speak?

Make an appointment with an Ear Nose and Throat specialist. Have your ear canals flushed.

Have you ever tried ear candles to remove ear wax?
I haven't, but I know some people who have.

go into your computer and right click on a song that is on your ipod and
choose 'get info' or 'more info'-what does it say for volume?

whah? whah?

yes, i knew it was something like that, i just couldnt figure out how to select all the songs instead of doing them individually. now when i add new songs will it automatically go to 100+ or will I have to reset it each time?

plz allow me to use this thread as an iTunes related therapy session.

Saturday night iTunes decided to delete all of the songs off of my iPod. normally, it would be frustrating but easy to fix since all the songs would be saved. however, I got a new computer a few weeks ago so have no songs saved. so now I have to start at nothing and I put some songs on my iPod already but the "Music" section under "my iPod" isn't showing up. I accidentally put two of the same song on there so now I can't delete it and I am confused.
and sad because I lost all of my epic play counts.

you don't have to read, just give me some money and maybe a new pillow.

when you open itunes, hit edit, and select all, then see if that works.
and i do use the equalizer, for some reason my stuff usually sounds
best on 'jazz' even though i hate jazz

nah, iTunes did it without asking. :gun: I saved a few before it could take those off too, but over a thousand are gone. I am grieving.

the same thing happened to me, had to start all over because i had a new
computer. but i was gonna say, there is something called an 'ipod viewer'
which takes songs off your ipod and puts them into your itunes library...can
you borrow a friends and 'borrow' some songs that way???

I did that and put it up to 100+. then it goes through all the songs to update them. but when I go back to that setting, its back on "none", the middle of it, know what I mean? and i have the box checked. shouldnt it stay on the 100+ setting?

after you changed them, and clicked ok, did a pop-up box appear that
said 'processing' then showed all the songs it was changing?
