yeah, i think its down now for good.
there is currently a new one being set up by riot here..http://www.babyshambles.uni.cc/ but he's literally just started it. you can apply to be a moderator now though see http://www.dirtyprettythingsband.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/3711/P15/
for the discussion about this new site.
