I think your question is completely valid and understandable. We all wish Moz a full recovery and we all hope that he makes the best decision concerning his own healty and wellness. However it doesn't mean that one shouldn't be worried about the previous arrangements made for travel...

It's annoying, they do that to avoid touts and ebayers to make profit but they also complicate everyone else's life in the process. I do hope SeeTickets/Gigsandtours had the common sense to use a private courier instead of Royal Mail. If I'm not mistaken, last time I bought from them I received...
