  • Well-written article, though too harsh on 'Last Night I Dreamt....' - yes, the piano introduction can drag, but as an overall experience this excellent song is anything but forgettable (I'm not overly keen on the synth at the end though). 'I Won't Share You' may be 'inauspicious' in the sense that it's a pretty lo-fi piece as compared to something like 'Death Of A Disco Dancer', but it is a gloriously understated end to the album, a beautiful, poignant song. 'Death At One's Elbow' is the only real mistake on the record. 'Paint A Vulgar Picture' has lost none of its bite despite Morrissey's hypocrisy.

    But yes, that was a good article - well-written and interesting. Good stuff.
