How did Finn get Morrissey to go along in this direction these couple of songs? Did Morrissey, in attempt to become relevant again, forget that the producer works for the ARTIST, and not the other way around?
sounds like I miss you, from Blink 182 (Score:0)
I used to love this song called México... (Score:1)
Seriously, what happened to the thunderous guitars? It turned out a pop ballad!!
I'm hating this Finn guy more by the day.
What i hate more is this Spaniards that come by this forum are going to be quite happy with how bad the song turned out.

Nice vocal melody, with a paint by numbers sound. I don't see how anyone could call this one of their favorites while singing along with the lines, "If you're rich and your white, you think you're so right."
This, coming from a man who made millions off reminding white teens, and himself that everything isn't okay. I guess, in comparison, we really have nothing to complain about afterall.
The people that left Mexico to come here, left for a reason. Many have found a much higher standard of living even at the bottom, and this generation of Mexican-Americans is one of the most successful.
To romanticize the issue is to be shallow about it. He's just drawn up a song that he thinks would appeal to some unfounded bitterness, by assuking the worst. Fortunately, it doesn't work that way, and the songs message is simplistic, trite, and predictable, just like many of his political views.
Disagree? Of course you do.
