Today was my last appointment with my psychiatrist.It looks like now I`ll have to find a new one.I am pretty sad about this.I`ve been seeing him for a long time.
I guess I`m just sad in general.I found it pretty difficult to get out of bed this morning.I also cut myself and I did a pretty good job at it.Which I`m not very proud of.But it did the job at the time.It made me feel a little better.But now I just feel so down.I just don`t know how to get out of this place.I wish I knew what to do.
