Thread appearance?

It's probably a stupid question, but is there any way to alter which fonts display on a page? Times New Roman is what I'm currently seeing for threads and replies, and I'd prefer to change it.

If you use Chrome you can change fonts in your browser here.
chrome://settings/fonts
That may not work on every site. I don't want to test it and have to reset.
You can also get browser extensions that will change the appearance of any website with Stylebot and others.

If you use Firefox just go into settings.
