It's a video of two members of The Strokes being interviewed by that douchebag Narduwar and the first app. 1.08 minutes of the clip they talk about Morrissey. I like what Nick Valensi says about Morrissey just as Narduwar cuts him off (from 0.45-1.08):

I remember in the early days of Strokes Mania, the NME featured a picture of Moz wearing one of their t-shirts..Always figured it was a goof and their logo was super imposed on his chest..
