Morrissey's knowledge of psychiatric medication

Just out of interest I wonder about that track "Something is squeezing my
skull" on Years of Refusal.
When Morrissey mentions brand name medication ,do we think he is talking
from personal experience or merely commenting upon someone he knows...

We should all start a petition to make Channel 4 release all the footage that wasn't shown on "The Importance...."
There must be hours of footage left over. If the petition doesn't work, then we cold track down the people who made the show and go on the rob.

As for medication, I have touched on this before on here. Morrissey seems to have been on and off meds (to use an American term) since his teens.
He also used to get "sweets" from the ex smiths. Considering one ex Smith was a Herion addict the sweets in question would have been strong pain killers (df118s), valium etc, etc.
What he has been taking since his LA years I have no idea
