It's probably "Excellent" rather than "Mint". These definitions are standard across the record collecting world - standard, if a little bizzare http://www.rocklistmusic.co.uk/rarepriceguide.htm

i have to agree w/ beau on this one. it is NOT mint/perfect. and i don't think its in excellent condition either. the outer shell box that is. i am sure the discs are "mint" or whatever you want to advert them as, but the box does look roughed up.
