Just a note to say that the Christmas Pinup Nights thakes place this Friday, 12th December in Black, Queen Street, Glasgow, 8pm til 12 (officially) or whenever the bar staf have to go home (last month a singlong of "tender" had to be interrupted at 12.20)....
it's the perfect opportunity to console yourself on the date that the smiths played their last ever gig.....
£2 entry, the usual mix of punk rock reggae emo soul and ska, £1.50 pints/vodka mix/reef etc, and £2 entry to the Barfly afterwards - all this plus fake snow, christmas crackers and tinsel - dont say you're not tempted!
