In the UK you can access 6Music via DAB digital radio, through Freeview, Sky etc, but more usefully for non-UK peeps or UK folk that'll be at work at such a time, you can listen via their website - http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/

They also archive all of their shows on their site, so if you miss it you'll probably be able to listen via the website up to a week after broadcast.
